This service is intended for use "AS IS". To use the "Typing Wizards" game, you are required to sign up by providing your Email, Country, and Gender. Please ensure you provide a valid Email as Email verification is necessary when prompted. We collect your Gender to assign you a character in our game. Note: The application does not collect precise information about the Location of your mobile device.

Please note that during the sign-up process, you will be presented with the option to review our privacy policy. By pressing "Accept & Sign Up", you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by our privacy policy.

Google Play Services are required as we automatically collect certain personally identifiable information during registration, including, but not limited to, your Google Play Gamer Name, Play ID, and Device ID, to enhance your experience. We recommend using Google Play Game services for an improved user experience.

We use sign-in with Google Play Games to enable you to save your progress and play across multiple devices. Additionally, signing out and signing in with a different Google Play Game account is permitted within this app.

We may use the information provided by you to contact you occasionally for important updates and notices via our Helpdesk.

Your Email is not shared with other players. However, we may share some of your information, including your Google Play Gamer Name, Country, Gameplay Stats, etc., with other players to enhance the gaming experience.

Our app utilizes third-party services for various functionalities. Please review the privacy policies of these third-party providers for more information on how they handle your data

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Game and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us via Helpdesk or support@typingwizards.com. After confirming your request, we can promptly remove your account along with all the associated data. Please note that this process cannot be undone.

To maintain the integrity of our service and prevent fraudulent activities, we reserve the right to exclude certain users and their devices from accessing our app in the event of impermissible behavior. This may include, but is not limited to, the following actions:

• Unauthorized use of someone else's Email address for identity validation.
• Making unauthorized changes to mobile operating systems, such as granting administrative access, installing malware, or modifying the operating system's core functionality.
• Modifying our game in any way that circumvents security measures and alters intended functionality.

We reserve the right to take such actions without specifying the exact reasons for exclusion.

"Typing Wizards" is a paid game, and users are required to purchase it through authorized platforms ("Google Play Store"). Our game is not available for free download or distribution from any other sources. Users must acquire the game through legitimate channels to ensure authenticity and support. Any attempts to obtain the game through unauthorized means may result in violations of copyright and intellectual property rights.

You can stop all collection of information by the Game easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age specified by relevant laws in your jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age) without parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately via support@typingwizards.com so that we can take appropriate action.
